1.  What should I do if I want to purchase an item that is out of stock?

            Please contact us with the product code and size requirements (if any) and we will let you know if product can be custom made.

 

 2.  How do I know what my ring size is?

 4.  Do you offer any warranty or guarantee?

            Unfortunately we do not offer product warranty as product life depends on use. if you follow the product care tips suggested at the below page, your product will last several years.

5.  What means of payment do you offer?

            We currently offer 4 payment options

                a.  Bank Transfer: As part of your purchase process, you will be given our bank details to execute payment. As soon as payment is confirmed, product will be shipped.

                b.  Cash on Delivery: You also have the option of paying for your purchase via Cash when it is delivered. If you choose this option, please ensure that someone over 18 years is available to accept the shipment and make payment.

                 c.  Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking: Payment can be made via credit card, debit card or netbanking via our payment processing partners Zaakpay or PayU. 

                d.  PayPal : International customers can pay securely via PayPal. Payment can be made either via a PayPal account or using a credit or debit card. 

 

6.  What if my product gets damaged during course of use?

            We offer repairs for all product purchased from us at very low cost. Please contact us with details for a quote.

 

7.  How do I know my order has been confirmed?

            You will receive an order confirmation at your email once the order is processed.

 

8.  How do I check the status of my order?

            If you have created an account, you can log in to check the status of your order which is updated regularly. Once shipped, please use the tracking information provided to check delivery status.

 

9.         Do you have any retail outlets?

11.          What is Cash on Delivery?

            Cash on Delivery gives you the option to pay cash for the product upon delivery. See payment options above for further detail.

 

12.          How are items packaged?

            All items are packaged very carefully to avoid damage via transit. All products are packed in jewelry pouch or box depending on size and type of product.

 

13.          How soon are my items shipped?

            Most items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving an order unless pending payment.
